The BeWell Hub is a welcoming community initiative primarily based at NTCG Lee,370 Lee High Road, dedicated to promoting mental wellbeing and offering practical support and signposting. We are open every Thursday from 10:00am–11:30am.
The hub provides a safe space for individuals of working age facing challenges such as mental health concerns, housing instability, financial stress, relationship issues, or loneliness. We also support unpaid carers seeking guidance and much more.
We have a referral pathway into the “Intercultural Therapeutic Services” at Goldsmiths University.
Backed by South London Citizens and NTCG Lee, the hub embodies the ethos:
“It’s okay to not be okay, as long as you’re not giving up.”
